Handling
Orders are processed within 2 business days from our warehouse. Orders placed after business hours are handled the next business day. Fresherr is not responsible for shipping cost refunds due to product availability delays.
We are not liable for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. However, we will assist in tracking any missing parcels.
Local Taxes & Duties
Fresherr has no control over customs or import duties that may apply when the order reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs agency before placing an order.
Note: Orders within the EU ship from our German warehouse and typically do not incur customs duties.
